I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was stunning, surrounded by a beautiful garden that was even larger than it appeared in the photos. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a wonderful view of the pond. The service was top-notch, with attentive room service and helpful tours and ticket assistance. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the delicious Koshihikari brand rice. However, the facilities were a bit lacking, and the price could be considered a bit high for the overall value for money.

This hotel is a true gem hidden down at the pond, surrounded by a big garden teeming with animals. It felt like stepping into a jungle with all the lush greenery, and the garden where food is left out for birds added to the magical ambiance. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. However, the lack of air conditioning in some rooms was a slight inconvenience. The overall experience was enchanting and peaceful.
